About.
Igrew up on my parents' soul records in Sioux Falls. My mom kept a Ronettes 45 on repeat for most of my childhood. That's mostly what I still sing.
I moved to Minneapolis a few years ago for more rooms to sing in and stayed. Most weeks it's afternoons at senior living communities, weekends at country clubs and weddings, and the occasional late set at a club that will have me.
The covers people ask for most: Rosie and the Originals, The Ronettes, Barbara Mason, Mary Wells, The Shirelles. Between sets I'm writing my own songs. They're not ready yet.

Sioux Falls to Minneapolis.
I still go back most months. My family's there, and the drive is short enough that I can play a Friday in the Twin Cities and be home by Saturday morning.
